YES, We can ship to either a P.O. BOX address, or a physical street address.

We only ship USPS Mail. All shipping includes mandatory delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for your package once it leaves our loving hands and is in the hands of the United States Postal Service.

When will your order be shipped?
Normally your order will ship approximately either 2-3 business days(for items on the premises) or 4-8 business days (for items coming to us from any of our makers) from receipt of verified cleared payment.
During the Summer Season, orders containing shirts coming to us from the makers may take a day or 2 longer to ship out.
Sorry, due to the Artistic nature of our items, we are unable to accomidate RUSH or Deadline orders.
In order to offer you the largest selection and best prices- this is generally an orderable site. We do have a large in store stock of the most popular designs ( more than 400 shirts on the premises ), however- we find we still need to order the designs in the sizes we need, from the different artist makers, once or twice a week.
At the time of your order, you will be given an estimated date of shipping- generally 4-7 days or less, depending on your exact order.
Once My Order Has Been Shipped, How Long Until I Receive It?
Once we ship your order you will normally receive it within 2 or 3 business days. We ship via USPS First Class (or Priority) so in transit time is fast!
How & When Can I Change or Cancel My Order If I Need To?
CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES MUST BE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PLACING YOUR ORDER. Once your order has been processed, it can Not be changed or cancelled.
Email us immediately with your change or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order: ( sales@enchantedtshirts.com ) Customer can Not go into the website itself and change or cancel your order once it have been submitted.
Changes to your order can Not be made after 24 hours of customer submitting order.
Cancellation of Order can not be made after 24 hours of customer submitting order. Shipping fees are not refundable. You will need to Refuse the Entire package Unopened Immediately Upon Delivery - the mail person will immediately return it to us, you will not need to pay for return postage. If you open it- you will be required to pay postage to send it back. Upon our receipt of your return, you will be notified via email and you will be refunded appropriately including applicable restock fee..
What If A Certain Size In A Shirt Is Not Available (Backorder) When I Order?
Basically: You can either wait or cancel that particular item (we will send you an email showing a customer reply needed to continue. There is no restock to cancel when this happens). We will notify you and keep in constant contact if you want to wait for the shirt.
~ One of the makers we work with is extremely popular, they use only very high quality shirts, and they go through a lengthy, amazing, earth friendly process of hand dying each shirt and printing using a soft screen printing method ~ These Shirts Are Worth Any Wait You May Experience ~
Occasionally certain sizes in a design are on back order * If this happens we will notify you by email asap - you will be given a choice to either wait until that particular item is available, or cancel it from your order (there is no restock fee to cancel if this happens).
Back order time is 2 - 5 weeks. You are not billed for back orders until they are shipped.
USA customers: We keep prices low by shipping your order in one shipment. However, we are currently not charging extra shipping that applies to backordered shirts- which require a second package to be shipped at a later time. Please consider it a Thank You for your patience if it happens with your order.
International customers: You will be informed if something is on back order and will be given some options depending on your order. Multiple shirts with a back order: In stock shirts will ship asap- You may approve a wait on a backorder item, however, you will be charged the full shipping fee appropriate for each item shown on the shipping chart above. You will not be billed for an item until it is shipping.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:
RETURN & REFUND POLICY: Inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if there is an issue.
You Must Contact Us at sales@enchantedtshirts.com for APPROVAL Before Returning Item. Shipping Fees are Not Refundable.
CLOSEOUT SALE Items are NOT Returnable, NOT Refundable. CLOSEOUT SALES ARE FINAL.
ALL RETURNS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A MINIMUM 15% RESTOCKING FEE.
Unapproved returns, returned items which have no email record of a return request, returns out of the blue, and returns received after 7 days from customer original receipt of item, ARE CONSIDERED USED ITEMS and will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. This is not negotiable.
IF YOU DO NOT EMAIL US IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL OF YOUR ITEM, WE WILL ASSUME YOU HAVE WORN THE CLOTHING. WORN CLOTHING IS NOT RETURNABLE.
Used or dirty clothing is not returnable.
Refused Packages, and Any packages returned to us by the delivery service for Any reason are subject to the same return/exchange policy.
We are happy to re-ship your returned package for the applicable shipping fee.
Items must be returned and received by us within 7 days of your postal verified receipt of order, or attempt to deliver by the delivery service, for refund of purchase price of item minus shipping fee and minus restocking fee. For exchange of size ( additional shipping fee will apply for exchange unless it is our error ).
Returned items will be inspected upon arrival. We do not refund or exchange used, washed or otherwise damaged items, or items which smell like perfume, cologne or Smoke, or have traces of body glitter on them.
Shipping fees involved are not refundable. Shipping fees for item exchange will apply (unless it is our error).
Refunds are issued within 7 days of our receipt of return, after it passes return inspection.
